Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Within India
- All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Orders shipped to remote or hard to reach locations may take 10 to 12 business days.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
We have a 2 day return request policy, which means you must request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
To process any damage, missing item, wrong product, or replacement claim, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Please follow these steps while recording your unboxing video:
- Record the sealed package clearly from the top, ensuring the shipping label is visible.
- Show a 360° view of the package before opening it to verify that it has not been tampered with.
- Record the complete unboxing in a single, continuous video, showing all sides of the package and every item inside.
- If you notice any damage, missing accessories, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items, clearly show them in the same video.
- The video must be one continuous, unedited recording. Edited, paused, or cut videos will not be accepted.
Damage & Replacement Claims
Replacement requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

- Order Number
- Unboxing Video
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
- Brief description of the issue
After verification, eligible claims will be processed as quickly as possible.
