Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Within India

  • All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • Orders shipped to remote or hard to reach locations may take 10 to 12 business days.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

We have a 2 day return request policy, which means you must request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

To process any damage, missing item, wrong product, or replacement claim, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Please follow these steps while recording your unboxing video:

  1. Record the sealed package clearly from the top, ensuring the shipping label is visible.
  2. Show a 360° view of the package before opening it to verify that it has not been tampered with.
  3. Record the complete unboxing in a single, continuous video, showing all sides of the package and every item inside.
  4. If you notice any damage, missing accessories, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items, clearly show them in the same video.
  5. The video must be one continuous, unedited recording. Edited, paused, or cut videos will not be accepted.

Damage & Replacement Claims

Replacement requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Brief description of the issue

After verification, eligible claims will be processed as quickly as possible.
